Why does Airdrie Bathgate Rail Link project look like this?

Your browser wasn't able to properly load the styling information (“stylesheets”) which control the look feel of the Airdrie Bathgate Rail Link project site. YOUR Page

As well as the many benefits that this line will bring, we understand that re-building the railway may cause disruption for some people who live along the route.

So this is YOUR page, an interactive space where we will keep you up-to-date on the regular meetings we hold along the route and most importantly, where you can give us your views and ask questions.

Let's meet

LIVE IN AIRDRIE?
DROP IN TO TALK TO US ABOUT AIRDRIE-BATHGATE

As we get closer to delivering a new rail link and improved stations at Airdrie and Drumgelloch, we’d like to hear your views.

We’ll be holding a drop-in session at Gartlea Community Centre on Wednesday 28th April from 5:30pm to 7:30pm and we hope you can join us.

Your new line will open in December this year, bringing you a direct service from Airdrie to Edinburgh and Glasgow. Before it opens, however, we’ll need to make some vital changes to local roads and railway in Airdrie this summer.

The changes will include the closure of Drumgelloch station to make way for a brand new facility, the 10 day closure of Airdrie station to allow for major improvements and the 6 to 8 week closure of Carlisle Road to allow us to install a new railway bridge deck.

Come along to find out more and ask us your questions.

When and where:
Wednesday 28th April
5.30pm to 7.30pm
Gartlea Community Centre, Hillfoot Road, Airdrie
